I'm trying to create a data visualisation in a dashboard which shows how long its been since an incident's state was changes. For example, I want to see how long it took for an incident to go from Work in Progress to Closed Complete.
Additionally, I'd like to be able to see a visualisation of incidents which have been open for a long time, i.e. more than 6 months.
Is there any way to do this? I am not the most experienced with ServiceNow as a platform and I haven't been able to find any guides which could help me. I'd greatly appreciate any help I can get.
