Hi @harshal001
Please check the ACLs on the table where the reports are created.
If a Report View ACL already exists, verify which role is configured in the ACL. You can resolve the issue by either of the following methods:
- Add the appropriate role to the Report View ACL based on the end user's role (for the user who is unable to view the reports).
- Assign the role specified in the Report View ACL to the affected user.
If a Report View ACL does not exist, create one, add the required role to it, and assign the same role to the user.

Hi Harshal,
There could be multiple reasons for this. Lets do a quick diagnosis. Run these checks in order:
Does admin see the names? → ACL issue.
Open affected record → Is Name field blank? → Data issue.
Did issue start after upgrade/clone? → Migration defect.
Check System Logs for Platform Analytics errors.
Compare the underlying table with a working instance.
Let me know if you need specific steps for these.
