Hello,
I want to display the score of the knowledge management dashboard.
If you just installed the plugin, you won't see the score as a matter of course.
Is there a way to display it immediately?
Is there any demo data etc.?
How is it best practice for administrators to analyze using the Knowledge Management Dashboard?
Thank you.

- All > Self-Service > Dashboard. In the Search dashboard field, search for the Knowledge Management dashboard.

End user and goal | Required role | Benefits |
---|---|---|
Knowledge Manager: Needs to identify areas of concern and direct resources optimally. | knowledge_manager | Can review the velocity of content publication and see what content customers are searching for, to direct the efforts of content owners more efficiently. |
Knowledge Administrator: Needs clear visibility into the usage and quality of knowledge content. | knowledge_admin | Can plan and direct content creation. |
Content creator: Needs to see the usage of content they own and areas for improvement | pa_viewer | Can see what content in their subject area that customers are looking for. |
if it is simple reporting dashboard,
go to each report and configure it.
If it is Performance analytics dashboard,
go to each indicator which are placed in dashboard and configure it.
Mark my answer correct & Helpful, if Applicable.
Thanks,
Sandeep

Hi
It considers both active and inactive users.
But again you can use the filter conditions and make sure "user" is "active".
Kindly mark the answer as Correct & Helpful both such that others can get help.
Thanks,
Sandeep
