When defining columns for widgets for any visualization types, the columns I am defining are not the ones, the others are not seeing that have been added.
Is there a place to define the columns so they stay the same for all downstream consumers? When i add the table and in some list visualization types, i can add columns. Screenshots added

Please clarify, do you mean that when you customize columns in a list visualization, only you see the custom column selection? Or are you talking about the columns in the Platform list view that users drill down to from the visualization?

Hello @Casey4
1. I believe it is only possible for Data Visualization as List. If you can update the Default view for the table kb_knowledge, then it will be a workaround to achieve this requirement as clicking on the donut count takes shows the list in Default View.
2. The update set will capture everyting:
Hope that helps!
