Make A Report: Incident Age By Week

Hi All,

My first post here, I am trying to create a report that shows incidents by age. Which I have managed to do. See image below.

I would however love to change how they are grouped to show how old each incident is by week.

Can this be done?

Hi,

You can involve the stacking in it and stack them by incident number.

I've had most success showing aging by using a Trend report - trend by Created, per Month (or Week), aggregation = count

make sure you select SHOW ALL and click other. You can then add add'l groupings by priority, state, assignment group, etc.
