I am trying to create a formula indicator as follows: HR Cases/Employee Count. The current breakdowns are HR Service and user country. The issue I ran into is HR Service does not exist on the right side of the formula (employee count). What I am trying to do is if the Country breakdown is selected in the dashboard then both sides are filtered as normal, but if HR Service is selected, then only the left side (HR Cases) is filtered. Any ideas on how to make this work?
