I am trying to create a report on incident table based on SLAs. I need to apply SLA business elapsed time explicitly for each priority in conditions. So in related list conditions i am trying to add multiple new criteria on task SLA table to fetch the data. I am getting for only 1 set of conditions. If i add new criteria conditions for another priority - No data is displaying. Can any one help. I am attaching the screenshots.
I am getting required data in above scenario.
But if i click new criteria in related list conditions and give filters for another priority as shown above in the screenshot - Result is, No Data to Display. Any mistake in my filter conditions. Can anyone help?

Hi Tsura,
I have already created the report as you said, but i am getting multiple records for some of my incidents which have multiple SLAs because of some reassignments and priority changes. I wanted to apply some logic where it should pick only latest SLA of one incident to be considered in this report. Any idea on that?

reassignment or priority changes should cancel the sla records, not keep them open or move them to completed.

Humm, I have a suggestion that might help, what if you create a dataset for each filter condition in the same report and for each dataset select count distinct task?
Name each data set something that will describe the filter, so your audience will understand what they are viewing
