Need to share reports and dashboards created in service now to every one (publically).

Hi Everyone,

I am facing an issue while trying to share a report in ServiceNow.

I want to share the report with everyone, but I am no longer seeing the “Everyone” option under the Share settings. This option was available earlier and now it has completely disappeared.

I have attached two screenshots:

  1. The screenshot showing the previous view
  2. The screenshot showing the current view where the option is missing

I would like to understand:

  • Why the “Everyone” option suddenly disappeared
  • Whether this is related to permissions, role changes, ACLs, or any recent update
  • If someone with admin access can help guide me:
    • which settings or roles need to be checked,
    • and how this can be fixed for my account

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

you should start using Platform Analytics and Reporting is now legacy

Many customers are already moving to new Platform Analytics
