Negative numbers are showing up in single score reports using a count aggregation?

Users have reported seeing negative numbers in single score reports using a count aggregation. There is nothing in the report definition I can attribute this behavior to. It's such a peculiar thing that I can't reproduce it either. Has anyone seen this before and/or have suggestions on how to troubleshoot this? Thanks.
