I want to create a trend report to show how many new incidents were created each month. However, the records show that incidents created in previous months are included, and some of the incidents created in that month are not included.
The Indicator Source condition I'm using is "Created on Today," and the frequency is Daily.
The collection parameters for the Job schedule: relative start interval 12 months ago and relative end interval 1 day ago.
What is wrong with my conditions and how can I fix this?
Example as per screenshot:
On March it shows they are 11603 incidents created. when click on the Analytic Hub, it shows that tickets that were opened on Feb are also there.

Hi All,
I’ve found the cause of the issue.
It was due to my job parameters running in my local time zone, which led to the discrepancy.
Thanks, everyone, for your replies!

When you do the drill down, the search criteria will be at the top. That would give you a start on if the issue is the data or the criteria:

Hi @hidzirf ,
sounds to me like your condition isn’t working or it’s due to that you’re overwriting data. Can your share a snip of your job, indicator source and automated indicator?
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.
Best regards

Hi @AndersBGS ,
Sharing with you as attached. In Automated Indicator I did not apply any additional conditions as I need to get all the incidents as condition apply in Indicator source. Thank you.

Hi @hidzirf ,
Why are you capturing incident created 12 months ago? And what happens if you look at the created date instead of the opened date in analytics hub.

Hi @AndersBGS ,
The reason is that I need to create an insight into the movement of incidents—specifically, how many tickets were created in that month, how many were transferred out, how many were resolved within the group, etc.
I have tried using both "created" and "opened," but both give the same results.
