My requirement is to find the % of user who have logged in to Service portal.
& find the % of user who have logged in to Instance.
I found on "syslog_transaction" table ,there is URL field but i don't know what is the url to get who logged in into Service portal.
Please suggest me on which table , i will get data and what are the conditions for that

find the % of user who have logged in to Instance - on the User table there is a field Last Login Time. You can use that field to determine how many users have logged in/versus number who haven't.
My requirement is to find the % of user who have logged in to Service portal. - there is a Count widget, by name only seems like something, but not sure.
I found on "syslog_transaction" table . . . - try searching the URL for "portal_id=89275a53cb13020000f8d856634c9c51" where sys_id is for your portal.

I would recommend using Google Analytics? The Service Portal Logs is very limited and not a very accurate way to track traffic and usage.
