OOB Date interactive filter values are gone; how do you get them back

I am sure I saw the slush bucket values for date interactive filter show up when first started working with PA dashborads but now when selected it tells me "Related list is empty"  If I edit the widget on the dashboard I see the slush bucket and there are options selected.

Anyone know how to get the selection options to show up?

We have updated our production instance to Helsinki and the list came back our Dev still does not have the list but it doesn't matter anymore.

There might be some confusion here so I am hoping I can clear this up.   Interactive filters are available for use with the OOB reporting feature in the platform.   You do need to have the report_admin role in order to access that capability.   As of Helsinki, you can put the interactive filters on a canvas within a Performance Analytics Dashboard and use that in conjunction with a report.   However, Interactive filters do not work with Performance Analytics widgets.   In Performance Analytics, to get similar functionality, you need to make your Dashboard a Breakdown dashboard and have the widgets set up to follow the breakdown. We are using Helsinki in Dev and it is set to to Prod on 1/25 so need to find answer quickly.   Steps I am using is: go to Performance Analytics - Dashboards and after adding report to the dashboard - Add Widgets - Interactive Filters.   I can use Choice list and select from the interactive filters drop down but when add the Date widget it tells me Related list is empty.   the filter is set to show selected values (see below) but they do not show in filter.   Note the Incident Category filter will show more values in its drop down list.   I have SN Admin rights and all the other needed to work with in this area.
