I'm relatively new to Performance Analytics. We have recently ran the data collector jobs for the "trial" version of Performance Analytics for Incident Management on Istanbul. All was going well until I reviewed the Open Incident State Monitor dashboard. I noticed most of the modules on this dashboard are returning "No data available". (See below.) What would I have to modify to have this return data? I'm also a little curious on what this dashboard's intended function is. The Open Incidents Age Monitor dashboard is working as expected.
Thanks!

Click on the + sign in the top right corner of the dashboard to go into edit mode. Then mouse over the top right corner of the widget/workbench and click on the gear to edit the widget.

Hi Adam,
I have the same issue but can't just remove the breakdown. I really need to pass a valid state value to the score. Could you please let me know how to pass a valid state value instead of unknown?

I may be able to help here. We've since gone with the premium version of PA rather than the out of box version that includes only incident.
If you were having the same issue we were, there are a couple of different avenues. I myself am not super keen on modifying the out of box version on that dashboard, but if you do wish to proceed with that method:
- Take the dashboard into edit mode so you can click the pencil icon to edit the widget (workbench).
- On the "Main Widget Indicators" tab, find the problematic one(s).
- Click the "i" info icon to open the one(s) needed.
- Clear the breakdown tab (or change it to some other element) and reinstate it. This will clear out the breakdown element you see there (new in my case).
- Make sure to rename the label as well if you change this.
- Your other option is to delete the problematic widget indicator (delete from the main workbench widget). This will cascade delete the supporting widget indicators for that one as well. This is a method of last resort though in my mind.
If some (other than New) are not showing data, I'd look into making sure the supporting indicators have daily jobs set to pull data, that the jobs are set up correctly, and that they aren't running into errors.
That workbench one has a lot of layers to it that may take a bit to get used to. Goes main workbench widget (on the dashboard) -> main widget indicators -> supporting widget indicators -> true indicators which pull in the data.

I'm not sure what you are asking, is just the state not working? Does it display in the Analytics Hub?
