Opting out of tracking for User Experience Analytics

EU customers, get the option to Opt out of being tracked in the Portal for User Experience Analytics.  Is there a way to identify who and how many people have chosen to Opt out of being tracked?

Hi there,

Have to reproduce, though I would think a specific table is used for this or just... user preferences. Have you checked the user preferences? For example on a dev instance, impersonate a user, select to opt out, then check for recent user preferences.
