I had built several Pivot tables in PAE and the admin team did an upgrade to the latest store release which has caused some things I am unsure how to deal with now.
#1) Group by top 5 no longer works the same way.
Previously, my Pivot Table had three columns which were built on indicators, and since the data set is fairly large, I was only returning top 5 based on Incident Volume as seen here:
after the upgrade, each of these indicators are now showing their own top 5, so my result set is 15 rows, and when the column doesn't have a value in the top 5, it is replaced by a zero
I only want to show the Top 5 by Volume (the first column) and I need to be able to get the values for the other 2 columns, even when they are NOT within the top 5 for that column. Is there a new configuration available that I'm not aware of to indicate the top 5 is only from the first column indicator?
For a workaround, I had to change the Group By to Show All which has had a HUGE impact on performance 😞
#2 Pivot Table Freeze Row Header no longer working - previously using the Display settings configuration of Freeze Row Header acted like a freeze of the column headers (Metric Names) which was perfect.
It appears now that this no longer functions in the same way. Is there another place for this configuration to be set?
#3 Pivot Table Color Rules no longer show the name of the column (Metric Name) you are working on, so you have to count columns and color rules to be sure that you are working on the correct column. This is more of an inconvenience, but in large pivot tables (Several of mine have the max 10 columns) it is not a fun activity.

I do hope my use cases are still supported, I am starting now to find alternatives since the presentation is Thursday.
