Permissions issue when viewing Breakdowns

I have an issue with users viewing breakdowns - can you help?

Users with PA viewer role are able to view breakdowns on certain widgets but not others that are using the same breakdown source.   Message "Security constraints prevent access to requested page"

e.g.   Breakdowns on request items opened and approved item breakdowns are visible, new and closed request items are constrained.

Only when elevating user role to power user are all the breakdowns visible.

check if on the breakdown definition, Access Control tab, the Display checkbox is ticked:

All the breakdowns have the ACL Display checked.   Display is true for all 45 of the breakdowns within PA.

is this for the whole breakdown or for some of the elements (values) of a breakdown? In other words have you set up breakdown element security?

Can you share screenshots of the

-outcome of the widget when it is working

-outcome of the widget when it is not working

-configuration of the widget

Hi Pieter,

As soon as a column of the widget is selected the "Security constraints prevent access to requested page" message is presented.

i.e.

click column of the Number of new request items and are presented with message - this user has PA Viewer, this was revised to PA Power User and access was still restricted.

When I carry out same action I am able to view the chart along with tabs below - I have PA Power User role, Viewer and Collector.

i.e.

Widget:
