Permissions issue when viewing Breakdowns

I have an issue with users viewing breakdowns - can you help?

Users with PA viewer role are able to view breakdowns on certain widgets but not others that are using the same breakdown source.   Message "Security constraints prevent access to requested page"

e.g.   Breakdowns on request items opened and approved item breakdowns are visible, new and closed request items are constrained.

Only when elevating user role to power user are all the breakdowns visible.

thanks,

Andrew

The user has the necessary ACL to access request and view requests records.

The same user can view other widgets i.e. Number of request items approved without issue.

Digging in further, I think this may be a constraint with the Access control at the Automated Indicator level.

The Access control above have now been checked and voila!!   Config issue during composition of indicator.   Thanks for your help pieter.goris

Okay, I get it (I think). This is probably because the person that gets the message is not allowed to see the records. So a user can see overall scores, but as soon as the user drills down to the record set, ACL rules will check access.

The user will probably get the same message when, in the 2nd screenshot, the user would click the 'records' tab. The same will happen as the user would go to the list view of the requests (or requested item) within the request module. Probably that user is not allowed to see those records that she/he did not request.

Hope this helps.

Cheers, Pieter
