Problems with scheduling reports

Hey everyone,

Relatively new to ServiceNow, I am trying to schedule a report to run every 2 weeks. However, I cannot adjust the "Run" value on the report scheduler. I only have the "daily" option. All other values are missing from the drop-down.

I have ITIL right on the instance, I am unsure what the issue is. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hey everyone,

I appreciate you taking the time to respond. I've tested by allowing my account the admin role and I still cannot see any other options other than daily in the drop-down for Run when scheduling a report. (Screenshot attached for reference)


right click on the field, then go to the related lists, are there 18 fields under 'choices' there?

Hello, this is what I see under "Configuring Choices" 


looks like they might have been deleted....

 

here is what I see on my screen.

If you are an admin, and you don't see the choices, then it sounds like they were deleted.

 

So how do you fix this?

Create the deleted choices

 

on a schedule report record:

right click on the field 'Run'

click on 'configure dictionary'

create the following records:

Save the record

create a record with the correct choice to test the functionality.

 

Please triple check that you do have admin and/or all the roles for that table.
