In the above video, presenter have added attachment directly to the sys_email table instead of email attachment table. In such scenarios will the attachment sent to receiver?
I'm not able to test from myside, as PDI doesn't allows to trigger an email. So I would see some confirmation. Can some please help me to clarify my doubt.

Use case is to be able to send an email through flow with an attached file. This flow should be scheduled. Video made in both London and Madrid to show how easier to gets in Madrid (no code ) then London (low code). Link to github for my custom action: https://github.com/goranlundqvist/YouTube
