Report creation for RITM and Variables

Hi All,
I want to create a report which will display all RITMs raised for 2 catalog items and also the report should display all the variables with values which users has entered. Is it possible to achieve this. Can you please provide steps to generate this report.

Hi @Community Alums ,
I have followed same steps as you explained in this video but it is not giving me exact results. I have put condition to show data only for 1 catalog item. But the list is empty.
Could you please guide me on this.

Is it possible that the values in the catalog item are not populated
