Report on all RITM that skipped approval

Hello everyone, 

We have a catalog item where some of approvals were skipped, now I need to create a report to understand how many of those RITM were skipped.

I tried adding a filter to the Stage column, but only returned completed stages because was the last stage. 

Does anybody knows how to report on that? Or has a better idea how to have that visibility?

there is no direct way on RITM table to get this

you can create database view for this, see this link on how to handle that

I was trying with the DB view earlier and even though didn't have the expected results. Unless I'm missing something (most probably). 
We passed the manager approval, but when it reach the point to get business approval, sometimes it skipped and those are not showing up the report.

EDIT:
Do you happen to know what else is required to show that information?
I created the DB view below and it is showing some results, but still trying to figure out how to narrow down to the list of RITMs I'm looking for.
