Report on Change approval ??

Does anyone know how to report on at risk changes with an approval? For example, I can report on the table sysapproval_approver to find the workflow activity name and the approval I need to find, but can't report on the details of the change (short description, risk etc) If I run the report on the change_request table I can get all the change details, but I can't add the approval flow for each change. Any ideas how to do this with ootb options?

Can you not add - dot walk on field on the Document_id field?

Hi Neel,

I did try dot walking but the values don't populate. As a result I've had to create 2 different reports but really need a way to combine. Attached are the two reports if this helps.

Maybe an option is to create a new Database view between Approval table and CRQ table.
