Report - on number of tickets touched or handled by Servicedesk

Hello All,

I would to extract a report, to capture tickets handled by Service desk. For ex. If there 10 tickets inflow for the Servicedesk, i should get no of tickets reassigned or touched by them Daily basis. If any one help me on logic to create this report. it should be Inflow vs Touched ticket by any assignment group and Sericedesk.

The trick here is "what is a touch".
Is it any update ever, or the ticket must have (at some point) been assigned to the Service Desk directly.

Touched - first assignment to Servicedesk and then reassigned to other groups
