Report - on number of tickets touched or handled by Servicedesk

Hello All,

I would to extract a report, to capture tickets handled by Service desk. For ex. If there 10 tickets inflow for the Servicedesk, i should get no of tickets reassigned or touched by them Daily basis. If any one help me on logic to create this report. it should be Inflow vs Touched ticket by any assignment group and Sericedesk.

I can certainly try. What exactly is going wrong? Are you getting data you're not expecting? Are the metric instances not recording? Can you post screenshots of your report criteria?

I would just report on the assignment group metric.  If you want duplicates (which is interesting in its own right), you have them, if you don't you can count distinct.
