I have a user need to report on the amount of manhours worked this current year. They have a request built where they manually add hours in a Multi Row Variable set. We are unable to figure out how to get the total value of the hours worked. We can get a total number of tickets but not the value within.
We made a Database view for this in an attempt to report on it and are still unsuccessful. Essentially, we want the sum of the Value column, and we cannot figure out how to get to the Value column through reporting or platform analytics.
