Is there any way via which we can include formula(percentage) in to servicenow report or creating a formula indicator is the only solution?

Also, can PA indicators be included in reports?

Hi @ritesh_k18 ,

If u wish to showcase some number in a percentage on a widget dashboard then yes using formula indicator is the only way to do it. You cannot achieve this via normal reporting.

N no PA indicators cannot be included in reports but PA indicators can be included in dashboard similar to reports.
