Hello Experts,
We recently enabled the responsive canvas plugin and its working fine for me. But for another admin user, it does not show the "add content" option at all on a new dashboard or even on a new tab on an existing dashboard. Now since the plugin cannot be disabled, we are in a fix as it is working for some and not working for some. I tried checking in the debug mode, but its just blank, no messages at all. Any help please !!

Issue fixed itself and recommend clearing the cache if any issues after plugin activation or any such changes.

Hi Soumya,
just a reminder here that existing dashboards are not converted, they remain non responsive. Only the new dashboards are responsive.
I am not quite sure if i am understanding the question right.
