Responsive Canvas plugin not working

Hello Experts,

We recently enabled the responsive canvas plugin and its working fine for me. But for another admin user, it does not show the "add content" option at all on a new dashboard or even on a new tab on an existing dashboard. Now since the plugin cannot be disabled, we are in a fix as it is working for some and not working for some. I tried checking in the debug mode, but its just blank, no messages at all. Any help please !!

Issue fixed itself and recommend clearing the cache if any issues after plugin activation or any such changes.

Hello Experts,



So here are the screenshots to the issue we are facing:



Dashboards access for me working perfectly fine :

Impersonated another user who is facing this issue :

If you notice inn the 2nd screenshot, the user is not able to see any option to add content. It is the same issue even when I create a brand new dashboard as that user. Able to add tabs but unable to add content onto the tabs.



Any pointers please!!

You mentioned that you were both admins in the first post.     You are both have the full admin role?


Yes, we both have the full admin role.
