In my organization we have been building reports and dashboard utilizing tabular models. With this we have been able to give the report users the ability to select multiple items in a breakdown as the report can perform this aggregation on the fly.
We are moving all of our ServiceNow reporting back in to ServiceNow with PA. Since PA lands all the data by each breakdown element (and combination of breakdowns to the 2nd level) you cannot select multiple breakdown elements.
Are there other organizations which have report users who would like to be able to select multiple breakdown elements ad hoc to and how have you addressed this request?

Hi,
In New York version , you can select multiple breakdown elements-
Please refer- https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/newyork-performance-analytics-and-reporting/page/use/performance-...
You can add breakdown sources to a dashboard. Dashboard users then can select a breakdown source and one or more breakdown elements to filter scores in the visualizations on the dashboard.
Thanks.
