Side by Side Bar Chart - Yearly comparison by Month

How do I create a Yearly Bar chart by month showing the bars side by side?  Probably, an easy question but I am unable to figure it out.  Thank You in advance.

With Performance Analytics, you just select the Previous Period Comparison option.  For reporting, did you try a time series report?
