Hi ,
Schedule reporting is not triggering. The error shows SMTPSender: no recipients, email send ignored.
We have scheduled some reports and until Saturday notification got triggered.
In Email addresses field I have given email id's with semicolon as separator. I got to know like we need to use comma to separate the email ID. But how come it worked until Saturday but not now?
@Note: Saturday we have upgraded from Helsinki to Istanbul. Might be after that this issue occurs. Do we need to activate anything?
Thanks
Sumanth

Hi Sumanth,
Could you please cross check that the recipient is 'Active', not 'Locked out' and also the 'Notification' is 'Enabled'?
This error occurs when an email notification is generated but has no valid recipients based on its notification definition. For instance, an email that would be sent to the assigned_to user from an incident cannot be sent because the incident is not assigned to anyone. Review who receives the email notification and make sure it contains at least one valid user.
Please find this KB Article: ServiceNow KB: Troubleshooting Email Notifications (KB0535129)
I hope this helps. Please mark correct/helpful based on impact

Also, when we add user in email address fields we write an email address then click add and so on.
Hope this helps.

We had scheduled reports that had email addresses separated with semicolons. When we upgraded to Istanbul 3a, they quit working. In Istanbul they are requiring the email addresses to be separated by comma's instead.
