Hello,
Please can you help me in order to create a report (or indicator) for monthly Backlog Trend: Tickets that are in an Active state on the last day of the month.
We thought about creation date ranges (less than 7 days, <14d, <21d, <28d, >28d).
Thanks!

Hi @Yassine6 ,
So all tickets created within last month which are not closed, resolved or cancelled, stacked by creation date - correct? Just as shown below:
Or should it be something else?

Hi @Yassine6 ,
I regards to your requirement, do you want to see the data in one report or separate reports? If you would like to see it in separate reports, you have the possibility to create report ranges. You can find the documentation here: Report ranges (servicenow.com)
Then you can trend on created date, state is not one of resolved, closed or cancelled, and then show it in columns.
Afterwards you can either just run the report when needed, or you can schedule the report to be send by mail on the last day of the month, to receive it by mail.
Will that resolve your requirement?

Hi @AndersBGS ,
Thank you for your reply.
The problem with this type of report is that it shows all tickets in each month separately.
The requirement is to show all tickets still open in the last month and stack them by creation date.
Is it possible by reports?

Hi @AndersBGS ,
Thanks for this proposition.
Indeed, it's not covering my need, but it's probably too complicated to explain it more.
So I'll accept your solution.
Thanks
