User Experience Analytics - How to extract below KPI's?

All, Would need your help in getting below information from User experience Analytics Dashboard.

1. How do i get a trend of (# of Sessions that ended within 20 seconds)

2. Top 15 Search items and its coverage/availability of articles for those searches

3. What are the search key words that are getting abandoned for a particular time?

Thanks for the additional clarification.

Exporting data from UX Analytics is not currently supported. Happily, we are in developing this support. In the Tokyo release we will integrate UX Analytics data with UI Builder. This means that you will be able to export core KPIs from UX Analytics to a custom dashboard built with UI Builder.

Unfortunately there's no available API for UX Analytics.

This is definitely something for us to consider for future releases.

@Zahi Boussiba Can you please share some thoughts on best practices/approach/KPI measures in improving the Portal Performance/User experience using the OOB version of User experience Analytics?

My recommendation would be to identify the 2-3 most important  user flows in your portal and create a corresponding funnel for each flow.

 

You can can measure the success % of each flow and act accordingly. It's possible that you won't have all of the flow steps tagged and this will require addition some custom events -
