User Experience analytics - Monitor Users Realtime

Hi All, 

I need to monitor a subset of users realtime or near realtime for the activity on the platform. These users are primarily support agents and will be working of the CSM configurable workspace. I am exploring the user analytics as below --

 

One option I thought is I can favorite them, but I am wondering how do I do that even since the user ID is hashed.  

And I need to use the same set of users as a filter for Navigation path and User Flows. – Currently both have filter for : All Users, New Users and Returning Users. How do I add another one there ?

I see the User Hash ID ; which field on the sys_user table does this map to ?

Is there a way to set up real time monitoring for a set of users who access data they shouldn’t. For example viewing contact data?
