Hi,
We were reviewing the user experience analytics plug-in that is available and had some questions. I was hoping someone might know the answer to the below:
For the user experience analytics, is there a way to mask the employee number/employee name for reporting purposes?
The documentation indicates that some users, based on their location, receive a consent message. Can you change the placement of the notice such as adding it in the footer or will it only be a pop-up message?
"When launching the application for the first time, users located in the European Union, UK, or Switzerland are prompted to select whether to consent to analytics tracking. US users are automatically opted-in for tracking, by default. Non-EU/non-US users see a notice of enabled analytics tracking. A user’s location is defined by user’s IP address."

Hi Giuliana,
It is possible to change the text that appears in the popup.
Please review this link:
You can also review how users are tracked in UX Analytics:

Hi Guiliana,
Currently it is not possible to create filters on the funnels and cohorts reports.
It is possible to create user queries and segment specific user groups.
To achieve this you will first need to send the custom properties you want to track. This is supported for portals and requires some custom coding. The relevant developer docs are available here.
Once you have the custom properties in place you can navigate to the "Users" section in the dashboard and filter by specific property values.
For example, you can create a query to show all the users from the 'Sales' department that read a knowledge article in the last 7 days. You can view a demo of how to build a user query in the video here: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/tokyo-now-intelligence/page/administer/user-exp-analytics/concept...
Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions.
Kind regards,
Zahi
