Weekly and Hourly Results?

Hi!

So i'm trying to create a report in ServiceNow that will not only reflect the amount of tickets that have been opened by hour over the last 3 months, but also reflect a weekly breakdown as well.  Is there a way to do that? and if so, is there any documentation on how to make that happen?  I'd really appreciate any guidance as I've been searching but haven't been able to come up with anything.  Thanks!!!

You can create a trend report.

Thanks so much for the quick response I really really appreciate it!! The problem is with that, you can ONLY do Hourly OR Weekly..... so I need to find a way to incorporate BOTH of them into 1 report, and that's where I'm running into the issue.  Let me know if you might have any advice or tips to get both listed on the report.  Thanks!

Got it. I'm pretty sure you'll need Performance Analytics for that requirement. That will allow you to trend by week and breakdown by hour, all in one single report.

Alternatively, you can do a drilldown report. The first report is by week, and then when a user clicks on a particular week, it will show them the hourly breakdown for that week. To do a  drilldown, click on the icon in the top right, then add a drilldown. Example:

Thank ya for the tip on that 🙂 Need to preface this, that this isn't my first go-round with ServiceNow. I've done the Drilldown already, but unfortunately with the number of weeks, it gets wayyy too messy.  Will need to see how to play around in PA to get it to appear correctly, but again thank you so so so much for the quick responses and suggestions, I greatly appreciate it.
