Hi,
Would like to create weekly incident task reports as below in servicenow

I think performance analytics can be used, as I am new to performance analytics so not sure how to use it.
Please advise.

Correct, you'd want to use PA. You'd also want to determine the timeframe you want to look at. Tickets opened this month? Last 30 days? Do you want to count resolved tickets as closed?
You'd create one indicator source (filter for created on today)
then 3 separate indicators. One for Total Count opened (regardless of state), Total count Closed (state is resolved or closed), and then one for Active Incidents (state is not resolved or closed). You also need the same date parameter on all 3 of these indicators - say 'created on last 30 days'
Chart each by sum+ by week
Create one widget and add all 3 indicators to the widget (you'd have a primary one then you add the other 2 at the bottom of the page)
You'd also want to add a daily and historical collection job to all 3 and do a historical load 30 days back to populate the chart.
