what is the fact table for service request table for indicator source we need to select.

Replicate the daily and historical jobs for Incident, name them as SC Task Jobs and attach your SC Task indicators to them.

Yes, I would agree with the statements listed above,
sc_request,
sc_req_item, and I would include
sc_task if you need the task.

Hi All,
In the indicator source and indicator i have selected as sc_task table as facts table.. but what type of job i need to run to get the data?
Like for incident and problem i have selected the respective facts table and ran the incident daily and historic jobs. I am getting the data correctly.
