Why is the target and threshold not showing on widget?

For some reason, the target and threshold is not displaying on the widget I created. "Show target" and "show threshold" is checked on the widget configuration. On the indicator, the targets and thresholds are configured for both, time series empty and time series =  "by month avg". The target at is "7-1-2020", so the target should be showing for July.

Can you add a screenshot of your indicator and target configurations?

Can you take a screen shot of the widget on the dashboard?  What are you seeing?  It seems like it should work.

Side note: You should be able to embed the images in the post so we see them inline.  I just drag them to the post from my screen grabbing tool.
