Hi All,
I have a bar chart report woth an interactive filter.
the chart has two type of data , ie 'true and false'.
we have set green color for falase and red color for true.
but when selecting name from the interactive filter the color of the bar changes in reverse pattern.
ie true will be in green and fasle will be in red.
it occurs for selecting some name in interactive filter. Rest of the time it is working well.
i have changed the color schemes and tested , but no luck
any one knows solution share here

Yes! This helped me a lot once I figured that out.
go to Chart Colors (under Administration).
Under name, look for the table you're using (ex: Incident), then filter on the 'element' field that you want to update (ex: Priority), so only display those for Priority (or whatever element you are working with).
You'll need to pay attention to the number field which relates to the priority/value - ex: 1 is CRITICAL, 5 is LOW
Click the 'I' to open the record - you can select the color name and then the color field display will update. The color name box will display the actual color selected.
Once you do this, then you need to make sure your charts are set to use defined colors. I found the out of the box colors to be off - such as critical things showing as green instead of red. I updated quite a bit.
Hope this helps!

Open the report and look under 'style', under Chart color, make sure you have "Use Chart Colors (if defined)" selected.
