ServiceNow is developing a new Platform Owner Professional Certification Exam, and we need insights from experts like you.

📝 What’s involved?
Complete a 20–30-minute survey by May 23, 2025, rating key exam objectives based on their relevance to your role. You’ll be asked to:
•           Rate certification objectives based on their relevance and importance to your role
•           Evaluate how much weight each exam section should carry in the final exam

As you complete the survey, keep in mind: Section weight influences how many questions are tied to each group of objectives so consider both the importance of the topic and how many objectives it contains when assigning weight.

The professional level exam beta period is over. The regular exam is supposed to be open by late April.

Any news on when the exam will be available? I have my exam voucher from Knowledge last year I would love to use for this otherwise I may just try to retake my CSA sense it lapsed.

The Certified Platform Owner Professional exam will be ready early May and available at K26 this year for you to use your voucher if you wish.

@kim_haslam - i have already got my CPOA and given Beta exam for CPOP. When i try to enrol this CPOE, it ask for private code, which i am not recevied. how to enroll for this beta exam?

the expert level beta is full, unless you are going to take it at Knowledge. the private code was if you are registered for Knowledge, then you can take it there.
