In this installment of the Process Mining Academy we focus
on how to get end-to-end visibility into processes that contain both ServieNow process data and process data generated by applications outside of Servicenow.
The ability to combine ServiceNow and external process data in a single multidimensional map is something we added in the Washington release. We go from importing the external process data to creating the combined visualized process map in this session.
