As of today (July 2026), the Australia release is already Generally Available (GA). The GA release was on May 5, 2026, following the Early Availability program that began in March.

So if you're asking whether it is expected to release in the next 2–3 weeks, the answer is no—it has already been officially released.

This major release introduces AI-first workflows and the new Platform Analytics environment.

The ServiceNow Brazil major family release is scheduled for Q4 2026. The official early availability begins in mid-September 2026, with general availability (GA) following in early November 2026.

No need to worry. If you're taking the CAD exam this week, you'll most likely get questions based on the Zurich release. ServiceNow doesn't switch the certification exams immediately after a new family release becomes available, so your Zurich preparation should still be relevant.

For peace of mind, you can also check the latest CAD Exam Blueprint on Now Learning to see if any transition to the Australia release has been announced.
