Start with the foundations :
- Get comfortable with core ServiceNow admin/dev concepts first (tables, business rules, flow designer) if you aren't already. AI features sit on top of the platform and won't make much sense without this base.
- ServiceNow's own free learning platform, NowLearning, has a "Now Assist" & "Agentic AI" learning path, start there.
- Now LLM: ServiceNow's proprietary, domain-specific language model. Unlike public models, it can be trained exclusively on your organization’s data for highly precise, context-aware answers.
- AI Control Tower also a centralized command center that governs, monitors, and tracks the compliance, security, and performance of all native and third-party AI agents across the enterprise.
Note : Don't try to learn all four AI pillars (Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, AI Search) simultaneously. Pick one Now Assist is the most talked-about right now go deep, then branch out.
