ServiceNow's Australia family release became officially generally available (GA) on May 5, 2026. It rolled out with early availability starting on March 12, 2026. This major AI-driven platform update is already live and available for enterprise upgrades.

• Early Availability: March 12, 2026

• Current Patch: Australia Patch 4 was officially released on July 9, 2026.

As of today (July 2026), the Australia release is already Generally Available (GA). The GA release was on May 5, 2026, following the Early Availability program that began in March.

So if you're asking whether it is expected to release in the next 2–3 weeks, the answer is no—it has already been officially released.

The ServiceNow Australia family released officially reached General Availability (GA) on May 5, 2026, with early availability opened on March 12, 2026.

This major release introduces AI-first workflows and the new Platform Analytics environment.

The ServiceNow Brazil major family release is scheduled for Q4 2026. The official early availability begins in mid-September 2026, with general availability (GA) following in early November 2026.
