Instance not waking up from hibernating

My instance  is not waking up from hibernation is there any way to wakeit up!

Hi @HarikaA 

 

As you might know, there are no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence your are left with two options:

  1. Wait, it should come online again
  2. If you get tired of waiting, release your instance and request a fresh installation. Please note, all your development which haven't been backed up will be lost for good.
