Unable to Open Existing Xanadu PDI

Hi Team,

I am unable to access my old Xanadu PDI instance.
Whenever I open the instance, I am getting a "502 Bad Gateway" error.

My instance URL:

dev271622.service-now.com/login.do

This instance contains important development data and configurations.

I also noticed that Xanadu release is no longer available while requesting a new PDI instance.

Could you please help me recover/restart the old Xanadu instance if possible?

Ahoy @SurbhiS17293506,

 

I just replied to a question that seems to be very similar to yours...

 

The 502 is an instance in unavailable state and doesn't necessarily be related to maintenance, I have written this and I believe it will explain it in details: [GF#5] PDI in Offline state: Resolving Error 502 Bad Gateway

 

Maybe what you can try is to upgrade your instance from Dev Portal.
