Hello, i added this variable attributes to display this two columns : name, short description :

ref_auto_completer=AJAXTableCompleter,ref_ac_columns=name;short_description,ref_ac_columns_search=true

it work only in portal not in back office i I don't understand why: 

in back office there are number, name instead of name,short description

The attribute affects the typeahead search results (pictured on the left).  What you have pictured on the right looks like a list view, maybe reached by clicking the search (magnifying glass) icon?  You can edit this list view as an admin like any other/. Right-click in the header bar and choose Configure -> List Layout.  In the ensuing slushbucket choose the fields and order that you want displayed in the Selected box.  Click the Save button to return to the list view.
