@Krishna Nanduri backup from the expired PDI is usually kept for some time (duration not specified by ServiceNow, but personally I observed that it is kept for at least two weeks from the date of expiration of the previous instance), while requesting for a new instance you will get an option to restore it from the backup of the previous instance (if the duration of expiration has not crossed the two weeks duration).

Hi there,

If you can't access your old PDI, than unfortunately nothing you can do.

A few years back you could request a backup to put back if available. Though ServiceNow removed that option. It is advised to always backup your work yourself.

Kind regards,

Hi @Krishna Nanduri ,

Not a possibility. If you have lost your old PDI and haven't backed up your data, you can only request a new fresh PDI and start over. There is NO other solution.
