Recovering from the pandemic continues to accelerate the need for the digital transformation of end-to-end procurement operations. ServiceNow’s Procurement Service Management solution is helping customers make that transformation a reality with some new innovations designed to increase procurement team efficiencies, enable seamless experiences for all procurement stakeholders and gain better insights into where end-to-end procurement processes are not performing optimally.
Procurement Specialist Landing Page
Adding to the procurement specialist workspace, this specialist landing page is designed to quick start the procurement workday with a prioritized view into your work tasks. You can instantly view status information, due dates and all other details associated with each task. Quick actions allow you to get instant access to other systems of record without the constant swivel chair moves that require you to stop and start every time you need information from a different source. Centralized views also allow procurement workers to easily track progress of team collaborations within recently updated records.
Negotiation Events for Multi-Supplier Workflows
Automate cross-team work and gain visibility into multi-supplier negotiations by creating events for multi-supplier workflows. This new capability allows you to qualify supplier engagement readiness using configurable workflow and task orchestration. With this, you can streamline planning and execution of key work activities such as supplier risk assessments or contract reviews across cross-functional teams. You can also configure content to visualize negotiation metrics and deliver an improved user experience.
Supplier Onboarding Workflow
Now you can quickly and efficiently activate new suppliers to fulfill new purchasing needs. This new feature allows you to register suppliers and automatically assign them work tasks to complete their onboarding requirements. Procurement teams can create single experiences from which they can view supplier information to accelerate onboarding while mitigating risk.
And they can create a single workflow to engage the necessary individuals, teams and systems needed to complete the onboarding process.
